Outline :- Sixteen chapters on examples of big industries finding new systems to improve business and reduce waste etc. First example is manufacture receiving components in wood crates & wrapping for protection then move to plastic molded crates that are returned to the parts manufacture for refilling. The book is highly repetitive, and self righteous. Impossible to read.
