Outline;- A dissertation for a doctoral promotion based upon the factors of CEO reputation and corporate governance positively influence market performance. The concepts and rational is laid out and supported by analysis of a questionnaire of present stock holders.
I note that past stock holders were not included, so potential disillusioned stock holders are not considered. It would be interesting to repeat the survey today, where the longer term use of the stock market where liquidity may have changed, and with it the change of outlook of shareholders.
